Good Product But Appalling Service

The item arrived minus to caps whgich were necessary for its operation. Finding no telephone number on the website, I e-mailed Customer Service with the part numbers from the enclosed paperwork. Return e-mail said I had not ordered these parts only a Fiamma unit complete! In formed them that the parts belonged to the unit. Return e-mail said they did not recognise the part numbers and asking if it was the two caps which werer missing! Told them it was. They said the Despatch Dept had reported the item was complete. Offered to send a complete replacement unit so I asked them to inform the courier that we would be inspectin g it before signing for it. They then offered to send the two caps and this they duly did. Had there been a telephone number this matter could have been soreted out in minutes instead of an e-mail marathon. I have informed them that because of this, and being accused of lieing we will not be using the compan y agaion. I realise you will not publish this review as it is not complimentary.
