Amazed to find this spare part after original snapped. Good reliable catch. Don't, however, try to use it to open and close the blind! It's not that strong. Original is crimped in place, so doesn't come out easily. However, if you don't mind it being a little offset, leave the old parts where they are. It still works fine.
