The product I ordered was a friction pad set for a caravan and it needed to be an original AL-KO part, A genuine and valid part was received which is great. The part was dispatched via Royal Mail and arrived in 3 working days. The minimum delivery charge was expensive in comparison to some other suppliers I have used. However the item received was as specified and I will almost certainly use Leisureshopedirect again and recommend to others.

Genuine Alko parts but instructions are poor. Use a 15mm spanner to hold the pop up indicator in a raised position while fitting the top pad and it goes in very easily but that isn't shown in the instructions.
