Fits both l/h & r/h toilets. Comes set up for l/h toilet, however if, like me you have a r/h toilet it's really easy to convert. Just follow the detailed instructions which involve turning the central, circular seal area anti clockwise, removing from base turn through 180⁰, re insert & turn until marks line up & voila you have a r/h toilet set. Comes with a new loo seat too!

The new Thetford C400 toilet cassette fitted as it should and arrived quickly. The new cassette made us realise how worn out the other one was as it closes cleanly and is leak free. We didn't need the new toilet seat as there was nothing wrong with the one we had but there was no choice in this.

A great product. Returns the WC to new again. No hassle and a really great price. Ordered it on Friday and it arrived on Saturday.
The original toilet needed a new seal but the fixings had aged (they allways do) and broke off. Can replace just the mechanism but this option replaces the whole thing, seat and all.

Purchased C400 Thetford Fresh up set for a Left sided door. No adjustment required so was able to just load it in. Did not really need the replacement seat but to purchase the holding tank on its own is about 90% more expensive. Why?

The old waste tank was damaged when we bought the Caravan and was over nine years old. I was looking for a seal kit but this was much better and was simple to convert to my Toilet configuration IAW the instructions supplied.Coupled with the new seat supplied it looks as good as new.

Very easy to set up and install, especially to change to a right hand version (or vice versa). Very economical method of renewing the toilet, would have cost quite a bit to replace piecemeal!
So glad I bought this and a really good price too!

Exactly as described. Bought to replace old cassette which started leaking. Cheaper and easier than trying to replace seals.Nice to start afresh, and bag of sachets to try. Nothing to dislike. Delay in delivery while waiting for stock but sent very promptly once it arrived.

The unit needed a new seal and some TLC and counting the cost of individual items and time taken to fit these it would have been madness not to use the excellent kit
Simplicity is the name of the game
An added bonus are the 2 cleaning agents supplied
Glad I saw the Fresh Up Set for my Thetford C403 before I ordered the various components seperately

Part very promptly sent and received by next day courier. Part supplied was as expected and easily fitted. Part did reqire some assembly with loose parts and screw in box. Excellent customer service by Leisureshop direct. Only minor criticism was included bottle of spray cleaner had been knocked presumably in transit and leaked a little but no harm done.

I needed a replacement cassette for my motorhome's Thetford toilet, but found prices were around £120 upto £160. I then found this Thetford toilet fresh up set for £85, and that includes a new seat and various cleaning products as well as the new cassette, a really good saving.
Leisure shop direct were excellent, delivery took 2 days.
