  Product Description
Quick, easy installation, the Thule Elite Van XT is clamped and glued on the rear door and requires no drilling. Two finishes are available; anodised and black. The new finish in black is perfect for vans with a sporty and off-road look. Adjustable wheel holders with straps, pump buckle tensioning system easily secure the bike wheels to avoid movement during transport. A distance of 20cm between the rails between the rails enables a more easy load of the bikes. These are very well designed so that the doors can be opened with the bikes still on the rack. Also, three are rubber sealing strips that create a perfect finish even when the bike rack is taken off.

Important Points

  • The lockable knobs are only supplied with the black versions and do not come with the anodised version.
  • Thule have recently added a new feature to both versions, the Acutight knob with torque limiter. This will be a running change in production but as yet this hasn’t happened (update 17/6/2020)

I bought this rack after much investigation and comparison, as long as the rack is intended for non electric lightweight bikes this rack is ideal and fits perfectly on the rear van door. Excellent service from Leisureshop Direct as usual.
