When you're out in your caravan, campervan or motorhome, decent lighting makes all the difference between a cosy evening and fumbling around in the dark. Most of these interior lights run off your 12V system, so you don't need to worry about finding mains power or running down your leisure battery too quickly. You'll find everything from basic switched lights that do the job perfectly well, to LED strips that give you proper task lighting where you need it.
The LED options are definitely worth considering if you're doing a lot of touring. They use about a fifth of the power that old halogen bulbs do, which means less strain on your battery and fewer bulb changes over the years. Installation's usually straightforward enough for most people to tackle themselves, though you'll want to check your electrical setup first if you're not confident with 12V wiring.
