The Avtex AV24DS combines smart TV functionality with an integrated DVD player in a 23.8-inch Full HD display that's built specifically for caravan and motorhome use. This frameless design runs on the VIDAA Smart platform and supports both terrestrial and satellite reception through its DVB-T2 and DVB-S2 tuners with FASTSCAN technology. The unit operates on 12v/24v DC or 240v AC power supply with an intelligent power management system that includes an on-screen battery meter, perfect for off-grid camping where power consumption matters.

Built-in Wi-Fi connects you to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube and catch-up services, while Apple AirPlay2 and Mirror Cast let you stream content directly from your phone or tablet. The dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) provides reliable connectivity even in areas with network congestion. Bluetooth connectivity adds wireless audio options, and you can record programmes to an external USB drive or hard drive for later viewing.

At just 44mm deep and weighing 3.3kg with the stand, this TV fits into tight spaces without compromising on viewing quality. The wide viewing angles work well in cramped living areas where seating positions vary. One consideration is that the 24-inch screen size, while space-efficient, might feel small if you're used to larger home TVs.
