Hi, i have an Avondale Dart 556/6 2005. Whilst cleaning the roof i noticed that there is a cap missing from the grey heater vent pipe which could let water in- is this cap sold separately?

Yes, this is our part 128055.

Bit confused which cowl top I need for my hymer nova 530tb, I believe the heater is a trumatic s3002, bn10 bn103. what one do i need t1,t2, or t3 thanks for your help

Disappearing Flue Cap

I was unsure of the model type in my Truma heater; Leisureshop were very helpful and contacted Truma on my behalf to confirm. I have no idea as to why the original one disappeared off the caravan roof. Perhaps, over the years, it unscrewed by vibration, but I'm not convinced. The replacement seems solid, and fits the existing screw thread correctly. I've used a smear of silicon on the threads to discourage it from vibrating loose in the future.

Original flue cap was lost in France after hitting a dangling height warning barrier. Replacement Truma Flue Cap ordered from Leisureshopdirect and delivered in a couple of days. Fitting was a simple matter of screwing it into the top of the chimney flue. Leisureshopdirect is brilliant at supplying replacement parts for any manner of things for caravans and motorhomes. I've had a fridge locking catch, fridge control knob, fridge freezer box hinges, locker/cupboard hinges, this flue cap - all delivered promptly.
