Part arrived next day a range of parts in stock available for this heater type, didn't have to wait unlike other suppliers and price was similar. Would recommend.

Fitting A Solenoid Gas Valve On Alde 3010

I needed to replace the solenoid as it was sticking and not allowing gas to flow through. Reasonably easy to fit if you know what you are doing. Takes about half and hour. If not get a qualified fitter to do it for you. The Alde 3010 is a very good heater but has so many parts to go wrong. I also had to replace the PCB. Everything working well now.
