  Product Description
This Sterling portable induction hob tucks away in a drawer when you're not using it, which is perfect if counter space is tight or you only cook occasionally. Same 1500W maximum power as the fixed version with eight variable settings from 200W up, so it won't overwhelm smaller inverters and you can control how much battery you're using. The 260mm cooking zone handles standard pans without taking over your entire worktop.

At 282mm x 311mm x 72mm it's compact enough to store easily but still substantial when you're cooking. The double layered coil heating and PP+ABS housing should handle being moved about regularly, and all the usual protections are there to prevent overheating or leaving it on accidentally. Having it portable means you can use it outside if the weather's decent or move it out of the way when you need the counter space for other things.

Portable and Storable - great for hiding away in a drawer and putting on surface only when required.
