Seems like a good product. Rubber has round section instead of more square which I have seen on some comparably priced ladder straps so sits better in the retainers on the awning. Rubber doesn't feel too elastic so can't comment on longevity but at this price I'm not too worried. Good service and fast delivery though :-)
