  Product Description
The Outdoor Revolution Sunshade is a heavy-duty mesh sun screen for motorhome and campervan owners who want shade under their wind-out canopy without losing the breeze. It fixes to Fiamma, Thule and other canopy brands through a 4mm and 6 mm twin piping rail system, offering a secure, universal fit with no poles or an individual frame to assemble. The mesh cuts the glare while letting air flow through freely, which makes a real difference on an open pitch in the middle of summer when heat builds under a sturdy canopy.

A removable base wind shield adds additional shelter when the wind picks up or when you want more privacy at the pitch. Elastic bungee toggles handle the tensioning as soon as the screen is pegged out, keeping it tight even on rough ground. The Sunshade fits into its carrying bag alongside the peg set and guying bungees, and Outdoor Revolution covers its caravan awnings and canopy accessories with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Motorhome owners who require a freestanding shelter instead of a screen for a current canopy look at the Outdoor Revolution Cayman Sun Canopy. It stands on three steel leg poles, fits vehicles with an awning rail height of 185 to 220cm and uses 120HDE fabric with a 3,000mm hydrostatic head, so it handles rain along with sun. The Sunshade is the lighter, faster choice for owners who already have a wind-out canopy and want a packable mesh shade to clip onto it.

What shade does a mesh sun screen give under a wind-out canopy?

The Outdoor Revolution Sunshade hangs from your current wind-out canopy and blocks the glare while letting air through. A removable wind shield along the base brings privacy and shelter from draughts. The mesh keeps the room noticeably cooler on a warm day, without the weight or set-up of a full awning.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I fit the Outdoor Revolution Sunshade to my canopy?
Slide the twin piping (4mm and 6mm beading) into the channel of your wind-out canopy. It fits Fiamma, Thule and other brands. Once the piping is in, peg the lower edge out and tension with the elasticated bungee toggles.
Does the Sunshade block the breeze?
No. The heavy-duty mesh is open enough to let air pass through while cutting the glare. It reduces heat build-up under the canopy without shutting out the airflow, so you still feel the breeze on a warm day.
What is the detachable wind shield for?
It clips along the base of the Sunshade to add shelter from low draughts and a bit more privacy at the pitch. Remove it when you want a fully open lower edge.
Should I choose the Sunshade or the Cayman Sun Canopy?
The Sunshade is a mesh screen for an existing wind-out canopy, giving shade and airflow with no frame to put up. The Cayman Sun Canopy is a freestanding shelter on three steel leg poles with 120HDE fabric and a 3,000mm hydrostatic head, suited to owners without a wind-out canopy or those who need rain cover as well as shade.
Which canopy brands does the Sunshade fit?
It attaches through a 4mm and 6mm twin piping rail system and fits Fiamma, Thule and other wind-out canopy brands with a standard rail channel.
What comes with the Sunshade?
A carry bag, a peg set and guying bungees are all included. The detachable base wind shield is part of the package too, and everything stores together in the bag between trips.
Is the Sunshade waterproof?
It is a mesh screen, not a waterproof fabric. The mesh blocks sunlight and lets air through, but it will not keep rain out. For rain cover, the Outdoor Revolution Cayman Sun Canopy uses 120HDE fabric rated to a 3,000mm hydrostatic head.
What warranty does the Sunshade have?
Outdoor Revolution covers its caravan awnings, canopy extensions and accessories with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, starting from the date of purchase by the original owner.
