  Product Description
The Outdoor Revolution Maxi Lumi-Lite is a rechargeable camping lantern for campers, caravanners and motorhomers who want adjustable mood lighting without disposable batteries. It is the bigger sibling of the Lumi-Lite, with an adjustable-height hanging cable and hanging hook. Three modes - warm white, sleep and a mild candle flicker - are all steplessly dimmable, and a sound-responsive setting by itself softens the light as the tent quietens down at bedtime.

The built-in USB cable charges the 2000mAh lithium-ion battery from any power bank or USB socket, and the integrated hanging loop suspends the lantern from a ridgeline or awning roof at your selected height. It is IPX4 rated for splash resistance, so overnight condensation and a passing shower are not a problem. At 9.6 x 9.6 x 8.4cm and 0.24kg, it packs small and adds little weight to your kit.

What lighting modes does the Maxi Lumi-Lite offer?

Three modes: warm white for general use, a sleep mode for winding down and a candle flicker for atmosphere. All three are steplessly dimmable from full brightness to the lowest setting. A sound-responsive feature also dims the light on its own as the surroundings go quiet, so it is well suited to bedtime use.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the sound-responsive dimming work on the Maxi Lumi-Lite?
The lantern detects the noise level around it and gradually reduces the brightness as the surroundings quieten. It's designed for bedtime in a tent or awning, dimming on its own without anyone needing to reach for a switch.
Is the Maxi Lumi-Lite splash-proof?
It's rated IPX4, covering splashes and light rain without trouble. Overnight condensation inside a tent or awning won't cause any issues, and it keeps working through a typical British summer of mixed weather.
What's the difference between the Maxi Lumi-Lite and the Lumi-Lite?
The Maxi is the larger of the two, with warm, sleep and candle modes, stepless dimming and sound-responsive light. The standard Lumi-Lite is a smaller option with white and amber modes and an IPX7 waterproof rating.
