I can't thank the company enough for their quality service! I received the product in good time and well wrapped and labeled as "handle with care". But sadly through no fault of Leisureshopdirect the product arrived damaged. A quick email with photo evidence and they dispatched a replacement immediately with no further questions. 2nd arrival was prompt and in exact condition as described. Good job team! Keep it up as I will be placing further orders very soon!

Needed to replace cracked fitted tray. The tray delivered had several moulding imperfections. Replacement item was far better quality but still some imperfections in the moulded finish. This is a supplier quality issue. Leisureshop direct handled the transaction impeccably.
