  Product Description
This Sterling twin induction hob slots into a standard sized cutout and gives you proper cooking power from a 230V hookup or decent inverter setup. The front ring maxes out at 1200W whilst the rear one handles 1800W, but they share the total 2800W between them so you won't blow your supply running both on full. The black crystal plate looks smart enough and the zinc alloy base should handle the knocks that come with mobile cooking.

What's handy is the intelligent cooking functions and power sharing, so it won't trip your hookup if you're pushing things too hard. The overheat protection and auto shutoff when there's no pan means you won't damage anything if you forget to turn it off. At 495mm x 265mm it fits most standard hob cutouts, and the 1.5m cable with a proper BS plug means you can wire it straight in or plug it into a socket if that works better for your setup. Just remember you'll need a fair bit of power to run both rings properly.
