Product Description
The Dometic NRX80C Compressor Fridge is a prime choice for recreational vehicle owners looking for an upgrade in cooling efficiency and design elegance. Boasting a sleek, frameless door finished with a dark silver front panel, the fridge's aesthetic is designed to complement the modern interior of any caravan or motorhome. The full-width handle not only adds to its contemporary look but also allows for effortless access to the chilled contents inside.

With a generous capacity of 78 litres, the Dometic NRX80C Coolmatic Fridge meets the needs of both short-term adventures and long-term travels. The versatility of its design allows users to switch between having a dedicated fridge space, freezer, or both simultaneously. Removing the 6.1-litre freezer compartment maximises the unit's refrigeration potential, offering flexibility for a variety of food and drink storage requirements. Whether you're stocking up for a weekend getaway or storing catches on an extended trip, this fridge adapts to your needs.

Energy efficiency is paramount in today's environmentally conscious society, and the Dometic NRX80C Compressor Fridge excels in this regard. Its high-end compressor works under three distinct operating modes - Eco, Boost, and Silent - catering to the varying needs of energy saving and noise reduction without compromising on performance. This adaptability ensures that the refrigerator can be optimised for energy consumption or cooling speed, depending on the situation, and can do so quietly when silence is most appreciated.

The practicality extends to the installation and daily use, with the refrigerator's bevelled rear side allowing for optimal space usage within the vehicle. Its reversible door hinge provides additional convenience, ensuring the fridge can be configured to open in any direction that suits the layout of your caravan or motorhome. The dual-function locks serve a dual purpose: securing the contents during travel and acting as vents to maintain appliance longevity and performance.

For those seeking a refined integration into their vehicle, the fridge offers both standard and flush-mount installation frames sold as accessories, further enhancing its tailored fit into diverse spaces. The Dometic NRX80C Coolmatic Fridge, stands out as a versatile, efficient, and sophisticated refrigeration solution, ensuring your provisions are perfectly preserved while on the move.

1 FAQ on the Dometic NRX80C Compressor Fridge

There is a lot of ice formation in the refrigerator. How can this be fixed?
Check that the door closes properly. You can easily test this yourself by placing a torch in the refrigerator. If you see a light slit along the edge of the door opening, then the door must be closed properly or newly hung.

Perhaps the thermostat is set higher than necessary. Or food with a high degree of saturation has been placed in the refrigerator, forming condensation on the evaporator. We recommend thawing the refrigerator and drying it properly. Afterwards, bear in mind these possible causes.
