The NEW + VERSION of the High Security Steering Wheel Lock comes supplied with 2 x Steering Wheel Soft Pads for enhanced steering wheel protection and a quality carry bag for safe storage. Also available separately.

Milenco have taken a classic designed High Security Steering Wheel Lock which was originally approved to the Thatcham standard and completely re-engineered it, to enhance its security, so it would pass and exceed the Sold Secure Gold Automotive standard, which is 2 and half times tougher than the Thatcham Standard.

A reliable and highly visible theft deterrent, the Milenco High Security Steering Wheel Lock exceeds Sold Secure Gold Automotive standard for automotive security. The 54.5-centimeter long device is key operated and comes with 3 x high quality keys. This steering wheel lock is designed to fit all vehicle steering wheels and not allow any movement from possible intruders looking for an easy target.

Following of the termination of the Thatcham security standard, which was only 2 minutes, attack tested. We have had this approved to the Gold Sold Secure standard which is far tougher test with an extreme 5 minutes, professional attack.

My High Security Lock will not unlock

Please ensure that the key is inserted fully, if the key has not been fully inserted it may cause the pins inside to miss align.

To ensure the pins are re aligned wiggle the key in and turn to the left and right until you can fully re insert the key, then you will be able to unlock by turning the key to the right.

Hassle free fast delivery. I think this lock is the next best to a disc lock, it is a doddle to fit and store in rear footwell. Definitely worth getting the model that comes with the wheel pads as most wheels are now soft texture leather so prevents any marking on your steering wheel. Very strong and well made.

HI it works ok , i have vw golf mk7 but not sure if it work with the steering wheel in the straight position, without sitting between the two spokes as showed in the photo of the BMW at 45 degrees.

I bought this Milenco steering lock following research of the numerous alternatives available and also noted it has been recommended by the Police as a visible deterrent and apparently harder for thieves to remove than other makes. It is very easy to fit and remove by the key provided and the rubber pads provide good protection to the steering wheel. I will probably never use the bag as its quite a tight fit resulting in the pads dislodging easily.

I would recommend the Milenco steering lock, it's robust and pretty easy to use. The pads as part of the plus package are useful, although it can be easy to knock them off. The bag is handy to stop the lock from damaging things when not in use. As noted in the description, you need to indert the key properly for it to turn, but if you're careful it usually works first time.

Very easy to use, looks well made and fits all three vehicles from a Renault Clio to Fiat Ducato motorhome. Much easier to fit than my old Disklok and hopefully just as secure

Very Good Steering Lock But…

Good effective lock but I thought it could have fit much more tighter on the steering wheel as seems a little loose for my liking. The pads….useless, as they keep falling off the steering lock when attached to it. Cannot believe these are purchased as a separate item but got mine in the package. Love the storage bag too. Very handy.
