Hi, I am trying to obtain a replacement or parts for an Elddis Caravan model 97vge w/w. The chassis is a Knott. The item is the handbrake KBT version KH. (ref no 98703193) It is the ratchet mechanism that fails to hold. Can you help please? Mike P
