Good afternoon,
I don't usually send feedback to company's I do business with.
But on this occasion your service was exceptional.
I purchased a thermocouple eight months ago which was dispatched to Spain in a matter of days.
When I was back in the UK it became faulty.
I was sent a Royal Mail e mail that the post office could scan for the item return, and I was given the choice of replacement or credit.
I really cannot fault the service Leusureshopdirect provides.
We'll done.

Hi Amy,

I'm writing to say very many thanks to you and the team at Leisureshopdirect for the exceptional service you have provided to us.

After the oven door had smashed whilst we were travelling we did think that we might be in for a very hefty bill especially after finding out the model was now obsolete. But how wrong could we be. With your help we are now fully operational again. Everything fitted perfectly and apart from changing over the handle from the old door to match the grill door nothing could have been easier. And at a very reasonable cost.

Really well done to everyone including Autosleeper who put us on to you. A true team effort.

My 14 y.o Shurflo internal water pump was giving up.
My local parts place, (Chichester) had the 2 parts I needed but Leisureshopdirect charged less for a whole new pump.
Why would you do a repair when you can have new for less money
Ordered a replacement and 27Hrs later it has arrived and I have fitted it and it works

Another excellent purchase transaction thank you!
I ordered an electric heating element for my caravan Truma space heater and despite the item not being in stock and you having to order it from the supplier, I still received it within 7 days.

I would like to say how very satisfied I have been when dealing with the purchase of this product from your company. I received help from you when trying to make the purchase with credit card when you advised that I would need to make a bank transfer as the amount was over £1,000. I made the transfer and was kept informed regarding delivery to the transport company.



I collected my air conditioning unit from the company and have installed the unit which I am very happy with.
