Dear Leisureshop Direct

Just a note to say how delighted I am with the service I have received from you and for the great delivery and tracking through Interlink. It makes so much difference to know when a parcel will be delivered and this was spot on.

The Milenco Thermal external blind was for my Fiat Doblo campervan and I knew I was taking a chance on it being too big, but it is perfect for the job.

Thank you,

Diana Waghorn

Great to find a company that sources the small parts for my Eriba. I could have used the van without the grommets on he hob and sink, but it is great to be able to keep it as new.

First class service - I recently needed some parts to repair my gas oven - I emailed Leisureshopdirect and they replied promptly with a link to the correct parts - I ordered the parts and they kept me updated as to the state of my order - the parts were delivered when stated and were the correct parts - my oven is now repaired - I cannot fault the service this company provided and they will be my first choice for any parts I need in the future.

Just wanted to thank you for your advice. I bought a new thermocouple unit from you a month ago, fitted it, and then had a months holiday in Spain. The fridge has worked better than it has done for years. My wife is pleased too, as the popping noises kept her awake at night, thanks again

Hi Leisure Shop Direct,

Last Friday afternoon I ordered a Truma/Carver Auto Igniter (item228051) for the Trumatic S3002 gas fire in my motorhome.

Lisa took my order over the phone & was helpful & patient (I wasn’t sure I was ordering the correct part – sometimes product photos on web pages aren’t 100% accurate).

My order arrived Monday afternoon (after a helpful Txt pinpointing courier delivery time to an hour’s window).

I needn’t have worried – the part was exactly as per the photo and, when I fitted it, the fire was up & running again.

So thanks for an accurate website, helpful staff on the phones & prompt delivery.

Regards,

This order arrived today and I just wanted to thank you for terrific service. The unfortunate delay was out of your control, but happy to have the product now. Will always use your company in future and will recommend to a friend who also has a European caravan.
