Your website was good, your telesales clerk was exceptionally helpful, patient and polite and your despatch was very fast. 48 hours from finding your website and I have the spare parts to fix my caravan. Sorry for a late email, but I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. I had a query on my first order, which was immediately and helpfully responded to. When I queried the spares sent, I was promised a call back within 10 minutes. I got a call back within 10 minutes, how often does that happen? I was then promised some replacements for the following week and they arrived early that week. Again, how often are such promises kept? Well done and thank you. I hope to order from you again.

In this day and age it gives me great pleasure to inform you of the dedication,help and assistanceamember of your staff has given me. The lady conerned who,s first is Laure has been a complete star in tracking down a simple 12v conection lead for my portable electrolux camping freezer a simple thank you does not express my gratitude. If the srvice given by this lady is an example of the help and assistance given by your company then I can only add that your company can only go forward from strength to strenght it has been a reffreshing experiance for myself and I look forward to dealing with yourcompany in the future.
