Just wanted to say thanks very much for getting the lock out to me as fast as possible. It arrived a few days later, the same week as the order, and our trip away to the south of France was able to go ahead on schedule.

I have been very impressed with your communications and chasing this order through.
Good customer service is easy when things go right, but much harder when there are problems, so well done.

The Interlink delivery (and their tracking system) was a great supporting act, as I was able to change the scheduled delivery so I could ensure I was able to take the delivery first time.

Thanks again.
