The Vango Kela Pro Air Low is a driveaway awning that uses inflatable AirBeam technology instead of traditional poles. You attach it to your motorhome or campervan, inflate the beams with the included pump, and within minutes you've got a full-height living space ready. The 'Low' designation means it's designed for vehicles with lower roof profiles, typically under 2 metres. It comes with four different attachment methods - 6mm kador beading, over-vehicle straps, roof bar tabs, and a pole-and-clamp sleeve - so it'll work with most campervans regardless of whether you've got a rain gutter, awning rail, or roof bars. The tunnel section rolls away when you want to drive off for the day, letting the awning stand independently whilst you're out exploring.

The Kela Pro Air Low uses Sentinel Eco Pro fabric, which is 420-denier double ripstop polyester with a 6,000mm waterproof rating. That's properly waterproof for UK camping trips. The sewn-in groundsheet keeps bugs and draughts out whilst the external storm skirt adds protection around the base. Diamond Clear windows run along the sides and there are skylight panels in the roof section to maximise natural light. You get mesh doors for ventilation on warm evenings, privacy curtains that zip across the windows, and the front door converts into a canopy using king poles (sold separately). The TBS II Tension Band System braces the beams at three points to stop sideways movement in wind. Pre-angled beams give you more headroom and better wind stability than straight tubes. Optional bedroom pods clip in if you need extra sleeping space.

The tunnel attachment has two doors so you can access either end of your vehicle, plus an adjustment strap to tighten up any slack material for a neater fit. Cable entry points let you run electrical hookup leads into the awning without compromising the weather seal. The SkyTrack II system runs along the ceiling - it's a flexible rail where you slide hooks to hang lights or storage organisers. Vango includes ten Skyhooks in the pack. Steel rock pegs and high-visibility guylines come as standard, along with adjustable pegging points that work on uneven ground. The carry bag is deliberately oversized to make packing away less frustrating. Designed as a true touring awning, it’s ideal for regular travel and shorter stays — perfect for those who love moving from one destination to the next. Its lightweight design suits touring use, and taking it down between trips helps preserve the fabric’s quality by reducing long-term UV exposure.
