  Product Description
The Vango Faros III Low Driveaway Awning gives you proper weekend flexibility without eating into your van's storage. This compact setup uses Sentinel Active 75D fabric (3,000mm waterproof rating) stretched over PowerFlex fibreglass poles, creating a stable structure that packs down small enough for spontaneous trips. The sewn-in groundsheet keeps drafts and bugs out, while multiple ventilation panels let you control airflow on warm days or damp mornings. You get flat-entry doors that accommodate wheelchairs and pushchairs, plus a mesh front door that keeps insects outside whilst letting air through. The tunnel section rolls away cleanly when you detach to drive off, with pre-fitted 6mm kador, over-vehicle straps, roof bar tabs, and pole sleeve options covering most van types. Diamond Clear windows bring natural light into the living space, and the king pole door converts into a front canopy when you need shade or rain protection.

Stability comes from Vango's TBS II Tension Band System, which braces poles at three points to stop sideways flex in strong winds. You can adjust these straps tight or stow them when conditions calm down. The tunnel adjustment strap gathers excess material for a neater fit against your vehicle, whilst orange-marked pegging points show you where to anchor first for proper shape.
