Hi Karen, Thank you, many thanks, I have received my order, a replacement water pump. Initially I had concerns when placing my order as I ran into several complications when unable to select delivery options and then found that my order was placed without payment. I used your emailed link to pay by PayPal, but later found that my delivery address was not supplied to you. My concerns increased when I found that I could not phone and that emails may take upto 2 days for a response. However, my email was responded to promptly and delivery changed to Royal Mail Tracked 24Hrs. Water pump replaced and problem solved. Thank you again. I can recommend you after all.
