Brexit delivery delay. Delivery got held up in the Brexit delivery issues. I'm not appropriating blame as there are so many issues at play.
After allowing sufficient time on not receiving the pump emailed the supplier, their response was immediate and item received shortly after.
Three star's given but should be five star's for resolving a problem not of the suppliers making.

A good price and was a simple swap for the old pump. The old pump was only working on one cylinder and now we are back to 2 so can have a decent shower. My old cheap jubilee clips were quite rusty and I have replaced them with marine grade stainless steel ones

Water pump failed on our new Burstner motorhome. It was too much hassle to return it to the dealers under warranty so I sourced this replacement. This is a Reich 'Twin' but is a like for like replacement for the Reich 'Tandem' fitted to our van. Good price and prompt delivery. Works perfectly, I plan to buy a second to serve as a spare.

If your Motorhome has one of these Reich pumps fitted I would recommend that you have a spare one . Don’t get caught out in the middle of the continent with no water supply...

The Reich twin pump works well. The only thing missing was a product guide - there no spec or advice on how long it should be allowed to run for etc which I think is unfortunate and the reason why I won't give it 5 stars.

It's a pump. It pumps. I bought it because my pump stopped working. love that it works. I hate it when pumps stop working. It's a Reich 19L Twin Submersible Pump, like the Hymer branded twin pump it replaced. The latter lasted 12 years.

We bought and fitted this product, Tried it for a few minutes. It seems ok. Full flow coming from the taps instead of the steady trickle that we had. Can even hear the pump working when switched on. Also a proper flush. Can't wait to go away again to make full use of it. Will remember to contact you first in future if we require anything else that packs up or breaks.

The pump arrived very quickly, in excellent working order. It was to replace an older Reich pump that was drawing air (6 yrs old)Fitted yesterday, seems very quiet and the pressure is also better than its predecessor. Excellent delivery time.
The pump was relatively simple to fit, with no hidden issues.

The quietest submersible pump on the market. Great replacement for a Burstner motorhome. The pressure is as good as you will get without using an inline booster pump.

I bought this Reich 19L Twin Submersible Pump to replace the much smaller and less effective one installed in my 1996 Hymer motorhome. The original item produced little more than a trickle from the taps and I am pleased to say that this one (which is actually the model fitted to later Hymers), has transformed the flow rate. It is so much better that I think it might actually be possible to use the shower!

The price was good, even with the delivery charge it was still £5 less than buying it in my local JR Leisure shop - silly them. I didn't even both to phone Brownhills. Arrived within 48 hours. <br /><br />This Reich pump is identical to the one I took out of our Hymer (apart from the brand name) and fitting it was child's play - make a note of the terminals (or a photo) before disconnecting the old one. I transferred the little white coarse filter from old to new but presumably its absence from the Reich pump is not critical.
