The Fiamma Carry-Bike VW T6 Pro is a tailgate-mounted bike rack designed for VW T6 Transporter, Caravelle, Multivan, and California models from 2014 onwards. This 2025 model includes updated features and improved assembly compared to previous versions. The rack uses solid anchorage to reinforced points on your tailgate and features a shaped rail support that keeps the third stop lamp visible even when the carrier is folded closed. It comes complete with two Bike-Block systems (S1 and S3), two Rail Premium rails, and all mounting brackets needed for installation.

How many bikes can the Fiamma T6 Pro carry on a VW Transporter?


The Fiamma T6 Pro carries two standard bikes as supplied but expands to four bikes maximum with additional Fiamma rails and bike blocks. It also supports two e-bikes thanks to its 60kg maximum load capacity. The rack weighs 13kg and measures 128 x 67 x 85cm when assembled, with a 15cm distance between the rails providing stable bike positioning.

What sets this rack apart is its compatibility with raised roof conversions and electric tailgate systems. You can open your VW's tailgate with the carrier mounted as long as bikes aren't loaded, giving you rear access without removing the entire system. The rack installs using reinforced mounting points on your tailgate, avoiding drilling into paintwork. The vertical wheelbase spans 85cm while the horizontal wheelbase stretches 153cm between brackets, accommodating different bike frame sizes.
