Just wanted to thank Becky for the excellent service I received. I phoned last Monday enquiring about an instruction manual for quite an old water heater (the company that produced it no longer has the literature), and I received a copy of what I needed the following morning. Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lady who assisted me by locating and checking the fitting of the discontinued 40x40 fiamma roof vent. She provided an excellent service,and was very helpful.The part arrived 7am the next morning and fitted perfectly. It saved me days of hassle removing and replacing the old fitting, not to mention saving me money. Unfortunately I don't have her name but hopefully this will get to her. i write to thank you for a really excepional service. i spoke to two of your staff members on monday morning, the first, a lady, was on the case staight away, answering all of my questions and providing me with the information i needed. having checked my existing rear lights, i then spoke to a gentleman who told me he was on the technical side of your company. having re-confirmed what i had been told before and said he knew they fitted my type of Hymer, he took my order for two light clusters. on my return home from work this afternoon, there was my package waiting for me ! WHAT A SERVICE ! i will be advising all of my fellow motorhomers of your company and its products, will you please pass on my greatfull thanks to the two staff members conerned, it is a pleasure to deal with a company in these times where service and customer care really does show through.
