Dear Sirs

Yesterday I did not know of your existence until searching for a product I require for my caravan on google last night.
Today I called your order line and I would just like to comment for your records that I had a very welcome and pleasant experience on contacting you.

You have sourced my product form your stocks and you are shipping it to me today for tomorrow delivery !

I would like to say that the person dealing with my enquiry was xxxxx and as she was very professional.

She took the time and effort to physically check the existence of the product and then called me back to confirm.

I am delighted and thank you for an excellent service. Your customer satisfaction is 5 star. Well done.

I look forward to receiving the component tomorrow.

Many thanks

Placed our order over the phone on 23rd June & was told it would be dispatched by the 28th because of it being out of stock. What a surprise we had when the post van delivered it the very next day the 24th June. That`s what I call real service. This was our first order with you but I am sure it wont be the last. Thank you for such an excellent service.
