  Product Description
The Sterling Power Management Panel VL-015 gives you complete visibility of your motorhome or caravan's 12V electrical system through four monitoring channels. Three channels display real-time voltage and current readings, while channel four adds automatic amp-hour counting to track exactly how much power you've used from your leisure battery. This software-driven panel uses 100mV shunts mounted remotely on your battery cables, so you don't need heavy gauge wires running to your control area. The shunts work on either positive or negative cables, offering installation flexibility that most other systems don't provide.

Off-grid touring puts serious demands on your electrical system, and this panel helps you stay ahead of potential problems. The backlit LCD screen stays readable in bright sunlight and at night, showing you immediately if your solar panels are delivering enough charge or if an appliance is drawing more current than expected. The built-in amp-hour counter on channel four automatically tracks power flow without any programming needed from you. You'll know within minutes if your fridge is pulling the expected current or if there's a fault developing somewhere in your system.

The panel arrives with a 200A shunt suitable for systems up to around 2000W at 12V, and you can add up to three additional shunts separately (part VL-016) to monitor multiple circuits. The compact dimensions of 167 x 90 x 47mm allow either surface or flush mounting in most control panels. While this isn't a smartphone-connected system like some newer models, it delivers reliable monitoring where you need it most. The main limitation is the manual reading requirement - you'll need to physically check the display rather than viewing stats remotely, but for most motorhome and caravan users, this isn't a significant drawback given the panel's typical mounting location near other controls.
