The board arrived well packaged and on time from leisureshopdirect. The panel was as required but I feel it needs fitting by somebody experienced as there are some wires of the same colour eg 3 black wires. Replacing the panel removed the issue of a blank display panel and the inability to use the alde system. It should be noted the fault was not a fuse fault but panel failure.

The circuit board was delivered on time within two working days. The product was delivered in soft cushion protective anti static packaging undamaged. Good service provided by Leisure Shop Direct.

I ordered this item based on feedback from Alde UK. After checking old PCB realised that it was only the thermal fuse that was blown. It is OK, as now I do have a spare when this happens again. Excellent service from Leisureshop, item ordered and item was delivered within 2 weeks to my house! Ordered other items from your opposition with similar name a month ago, I am still waiting for delivery!! Will always order from Leisureshop in future!!!

The fault on my Alde heating system was difficult to diagnose, but I took a chance buying the PCB, having been assured by Leisureshopdirect that I could return it if it didn't fix the fault. It arrived within 4 days at a time precisely notified by the courier firm. Despite warnings from Alde that it should only be fitted by an expert, I found it a very straightforward job - just unplug all the wires after taking a photo to make sure they all went back in the same place, then slot in and re-plug the wires. Heating system came instantly back to life, thankfully.
Service from LeisureShopdirect was excellent and the price was the lowest I could find on the web. I also got another 10% off using a Caravan Club discount code.

Has intermittent fault with heating Purchased this new pcb. 10 minutes to change it now heating and hot water are working as they should
