  Product Description
Thermostatic Mixing Valves blend hot and cold water quickly to ensure comfortable water temperature. This saves hot water and reduces the risk of accidental injuries and burns. The Alde TMV3 features cold water cut off, should the cold supply run out and filters to protect the valve. Using the latest advanced valve design and production techniques, the Alde TMV3 can function at flow rates as low as 1 lpm. Comes with bracket and uses 12mm push fit for simple installation.

The Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) blends hot and cold water to ensure safe and comfortable water temperature, reducing the risk of accidental injuries and burns.

Utilising the market leading Speedfit connections makes the valve fast and easy to install and gives the option of quick demounting for service or replacement.

Ultra-compact and lightweight, it is ideal for use in tight spaces. The valve complies with all applicable UK and European performance standards. The range is WRAS approved and holds TMV2 and TMV3 certificates.

Using the latest advanced valve design and production techniques, the TMV can function at flow rates as low as 1 lpm, the lowest by far in the industry, and is also resistant to the adherence of scale and other system contaminants to provide increased valve longevity.

With this valve you can set the cylinder water temp to 70C and not fear scalding yourself, then enjoy a 4 minute shower instead of the usual 3 minute shower when the cylinder temp is 50C with a 10 litre tank. Fantastic, they should be fitted as standard.

Add the mixer valve to the shower in our motorhome. Temp set for a comfortable shower and now when I knock the shower temperature control by mistake to max I do not get scalded. About to order another one for the kitchen sink. Highly recommended, easy to fit and regulate.

Spent some time fitting this TMV under the fridge in the supply to the shower, now the shower temp is perfect every time. I don't understand why these are not fitted as standard in caravans.
