Great Customer Service, Really Comfy Mattress.

I had an issue with a faulty mattress that luckily was covered by the extended warranty that I applied for when I initially purchased the item. Leisureshopdirect went above and beyond in assisting me with getting a replacement mattress sent out to me from Vango when a fast presented itself. This is by far the best camping mattress ive ever used. Its really easy to inflate and its very nice and roomy too. I have a very bad back and I sleep really well on it. Its a great camping mattress and its also a handy mattress to have for houseguests too. Thanks you Leisurshopdirect for providing brilliant customer service that made me feel valued as a customer. Cant recommend you highly enough.

Very comfy indeed. I am glad I opted for the 10cm version as I would guess that the 15cm version packs down to about the same size as my 5 person tent. Even the 10cm one takes up quite a bit of space. Service and Delivery from Leisureshopdirect was superb - first class.

Only Two Nights Thus Far

Took the Shangri-La II up to the Highlands for a long weekend and was really impressed. Fits into the two-man tent and is incredibly comfortable. The best nights of sleep we've managed camping in a while. Would certainly recommend, though its bulk, even with compression straps, does mean that you're not going to hike it too far from the car. Would be interested to test the 7.5 to see what the difference is.
