As I have an old caravan. no longer in prodction, I feared that I would not be able to get spare parts. I searched the internet and found "leisure direct" site - what a find. I had no difficulty getting my Dometic replacement door bin which arrived sepeedily safely and above all was not ripped off by the price. I would recommend and use again....got to go now , I'm off caravanning!!!!

Just wanted to let you know what a great service I have just received.
I wanted to replace these broken caps but a search on Ebay revealed nothing.
Contact with half a dozen caravan parts suppliers resulted in a dead end.
Next was a search on Google and hey presto there was the information I was
looking for from your company. A quick click on the link provided took me
directly to the page in your shop.All the technical data was there including a photo and within a minute both parts were ordered. That was at nearly 4:00 o'clock on Monday.
A confirmation email was received immediately, and the next day another
email to inform me the parts were being posted 1st class on Tuesday.
The postman arrived this morning with my order and wthin 20 minutes the
parts were fitted. Now that is what I call service (especially on an obscure part).
Once again well done to all your team that made this happen.
I will certainly check your site first the next time I want a part for my Bailey.
