I have purchased a few items from you and am more than pleased with your service, it is excellent ! Compared with many other dealers 'across the water' your postal rates are brilliant as well. My A frame cover (purchased from you) with your name etc on it has been noted by a few friends. I would recommend you to everybody in the future.

I found your site by searching Google for a rooflight. We had a freaky hailstorm yesterday

I recently purchased a replacement mechanism for my Remis Remitop Vario rooflight. It arrived promptly within the 1 hour timeframe specified on their email.

Part of the mechanism had no instructions, and after contacting Leisure Shop, their technical guy called back as promptly as promised, admitted he had no direct knowledge of my problem, and promised to call back again.

This he did after about 45mins. He'd taken the trouble to get the item from stock, dismantled it to find out how it worked, reasssembled it and worked out how to make the required adjustment with minimum effort which he explained to me clearly over the phone.

Very very pleased, especially since their price was by far and away the best I found.

Many thanks for an excellent website. All I needed was Truma Crystal 2 Non Return Valve. Your exploded diagrams made it really easy to identify the part. The ordering was easy and the part arrived with 2 days. I am most impressed.

What I can say is that I telephoned because I couldn't find the item I wanted. I spoke to a gentleman and he knew exactly what I wanted and ordered it for me. He was lovely and friendly and very helpful. Exactly what you need. The item was ordered on a Saturday and was here on the Tuesday morning. Excellent service.
