I thought I should just drop you this email to let you know what a relief it is to me that I have found a reliable and efficient company to deal with.

I have accounts with several part suppliers but none match up to your service.

It is important to us to keep our motorhomes in a good state of repair and to replace missing or broken parts promptly for the comfort and enjoyment of the next hirer.

In the past we have had to wait weeks/months for parts, so it comes as a relief that I can receive parts from you within a few days.

Keep it up.

I would like to say a very big thank you for the service provided by yourselves ,it was excellent to say the least.
My first order of rooflights was out of stock when ordered but I was kept informed , almost on a daily basis , of the status of my order. When they came into stock I was again informed that they would be delivered the next day and , true to your word , they were delivered at the almost exact time quoted. I was even told the delivery drivers name. I had forgotten to order sealant, so I telephoned the order through and that also was delivered very promptly.
Once again ,thank you and I shall certainly be using you again.
