I would just like to thank you for your excellent help and service that I received recently on the purchase of a heater element for our motorhome, from the sales staff I spoke to initially on the phone to the technical advice I was given on the part I needed to buy from members of your team.
If only all companies were as helpful! we will certainly be using your company in the future and recommending you to others,
many thanks again

Good morning, The telescopic aerial I ordered 2 days ago has arrived
safely this morning - thank you. I would like to quickly comment on
your excellent customer service, informative emails and especially the
ability to easily track the parcel, rather than waiting in forever for
delivery.
Having never had any dealings with yourselves prior to this purchase, I
bought this item simply because your price was the cheapest I could
source, but I will certainly be a returning customer for any future
motorhome needs and will also recommend your customer service to others.
Thanks once again, a very satisfied customer.

Outstanding service from your company.

I would like to say thank you for a very efficient and dedicated service.
You kept me fully informed of the delay in the item being out of stock and an expected delivery date. You sent another email to confirm it was in stock and onther to say it had been dispatched. It the vent arrived less than 24hrs after your email.
For a product with a relatively small purchase value you exceeded what I would have expected and look forward to doing business again.

Opened an acount with Leisure Shop Direct to purchase this item, a telescopic aerial pole. After much research, this was the best price on the Internet for this item. The item itself is great, works very well and saves my hubby having to climb on top of the motorhome to adjust the aerial - all can now be done from the ground! Customer service from the company we found to be unbeatable, very quick delivery and reassuring emails. We will happily shop here again.

Excellent service from Leisureshopdirect - received Propex 10litre water heater when they said we would. We had no water heater at all in our caravan and decided upon this one, having read other reviews and having considered the size of the product..We only have small caravan so are restricted for space. Very pleased we did. As promised by the makers the heater was very easy to fit, came with all the fitments we needed and within four hours the heater was installed and working. This included fitting a new tap for hot and cold Easy to use.Very pleased over all.
