Excellent prompt service!
I asked for a bespoke version of the advertised product with a smaller diameter wheel as I have a difficult slope to negotiate with our caravan in a limited space.
The knowledgeable chap who took the order was as helpful as could be and assured me they could make one up as requested without a problem and at no extra charge.!
It arrived with the smaller diameter wheel (in steel with a rubber tyre)on an ALKO post in a couple of days!
In these days of rabid commercialism (particularly at this time of year) I was delighted to find a company that really knows the meaning of the word service.
Brilliant.!

Just a quick thank you for my order that was received today – which was only ordered on Saturday evening. A great service and the 1 hour time slot given for the delivery by the courier is brilliant as I only needed to make sure I was available for 1 hour rather than having to be around all day. The prices were most competitive too.
I also think that the website is really useful with the hints and tips and the exploded diagrams are a boon when looking for information about a product and the range of products available is quite amazing – in fact there are now some things on my wish list that I didn’t know I needed until I looked at your site!

Rather than simply review the product I bought from you recently, I would like to mention the fantastic service from Tom in your technical department. Not only did he work out which replacement gas burner would work with my fairly old fridge (whose usual part is no longer in production), he then dashed over to get the item in the post at 4.00pm so it could catch that evening’s post, despite the deadline for postage long having passed by. The burner arrived next day – my gas fitter was able to repair the fridge on the Friday so my husband and I were still able to head off on holiday on the Saturday morning.



Absolutely brilliant. The fridge works much better and runs colder than before now it has a new burner.



I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends.

Just a note to say the item arrived and how pleased I was with not only the service given, but the help, advice and courtesy given to me by your telephone representative. All works a treat!

I originally contacted the sales company suggested by the manufactures who were rude unhelpful and implied I dump the whole cooker, saying the item was not available. So good to deal with a helpful internet company and I’ll be back.

Just a quick email to say that I am very impressed with the level of service that I have received from you. I initially placed my first order online and subsequently received the informative emails that I would have expected to follow-on, all of which were well constructed and easy to read. I then placed a second order over the phone and spoke to a very helpful and friendly salesman who personally ensured that my goods were despatched with Royal Mail as requested, (I live in a rural area and most couriers cannot be bothered to make the journey or even find out where I am located, until absolutely necessary). I have also spoken to a friendly, helpful and polite young female one Saturday morning, who helped with my query. I have now received notification of the refund of returned goods, only 4 days after I posted them back to you. I cannot fault any part of my shopping experience with you.

To conclude, I shall be recommending your company to my friends.

I have sent the faulty part back to you recorded delivery to make sure you get it , hopefully today.
I received the replacement part this morning and will fit it in the next couple of days . I am sure its just bad luck and look forward to the new one lasting a good long time like the original.

Thank you for your reply and the full reinbursment of the item I purchased from leisure shop direct. I must say I can't fault your customer service in any way the girl on the phone yesterday was very helpful and polite in telling us we would be reinburst but it wasn't till later on we thought about the postage cost! It's only when things like this happen you find out how good a company is to deal with on the internet and I would just like to say a big thank you and let you know I will continue to shop online with your company.
