The Fiamma Vent 28 Turbo Kit is a retrofit motorisation kit designed specifically for the Fiamma Vent 28 F rooflight. This upgrade transforms a standard manual rooflight into a powered ventilation system, adding a 12-volt fan without requiring a complete rooflight replacement. The kit includes a replacement inner housing in white to match modern caravan and motorhome interiors, a motorised fan unit with switch, and all mounting components needed for installation. It works with both the white and crystal versions of the Fiamma Vent 28 F rooflight, making it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and other compact spaces in motorhomes, caravans, and campervans.

Can I add a fan to my existing Fiamma Vent 28 rooflight?


Yes, the Fiamma Vent 28 Turbo Kit retrofits directly onto existing Fiamma Vent 28 F rooflights installed at any time. The kit operates on 12V DC power with a maximum draw of 1.9A (25W), producing an airflow of up to 9 cubic metres per minute through its 180mm diameter fan. Installation requires hardwiring into your vehicle's 12-volt electrical system and replacing the existing inner housing with the motorised version included in the kit.

Installation follows the sandwich mounting system already used by the Vent 28 F, meaning no additional roof cutting or drilling is required. The fan operates via a simple on/off switch integrated into the replacement inner housing. The kit provides 50 square centimetres of permanent airflow even when powered off, maintaining the rooflight's existing ventilation capabilities. This retrofit solution offers a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a complete Turbo Vent 28 unit, particularly for those who already have the standard Vent 28 F rooflight fitted to their vehicle.
