The hexagonal design of the Vango Airhub Hexaway II enables you to utilise all the available space, creating a most lovely place to spend fun time with family and friends. It's style gives you the closest feel to a real living room for your motorhome or van. It is super easy to put up, with it's single inflation point, making it fast and easy to inflate and deflate. Alternatively you can just roll the Airhub Hexaway's connecting tunnel away and go off exploring for the day, leaving this fabulous awning free-standing, awating your return. It's great to just reconnect this driveaway awning's tunnel and relax after a days full adventure. The Vango Airhub Hexaway II comes in the Low and Tall version, making it useable with many motorhomes and vans (please see below the features section for more information on whether you need a Low or Tall version for your vehicle). It is a registered design and is therefore unique to Vango.

What does your Vango Hexaway II Awning come with?

Included with the AirAway® Vehicle Awnings- Pre-attached 6mm kador strip, over vehicle webbing straps, roof bar attachment tabs, sleeve for pole & clamp, steel rock pegs & mallet with carry bag, easy pack carry bag and double action pump with carry bag

Optional extras you may like to make your home away from home that bit more luxurious and versatile!

An Airhub Hexaway Footprint is made from a similar material to the groundsheet. Basically it sits in between your awning and the ground and is pegged down in the corners. It prolongs the life of your awning, creates a groundsheet in your connecting tunnel and it keeps the awning cleaner for packing away.
The Hexaway Carpet just helps to give a more luxurious feel, by ensuring comfort and warmth underfoot and makes cleaning the awning out much easier.
The Airhub Hex Privacy Curtains allows you to divide off a section of the awning, maybe as storage, an extra bedroom or a place to change in.
The Airhub Hex Sun Canopy provides shade from the sun and cleverly it has multiplea attachment options to fit various angles on the awning.

How to fit a Vango Vehicle Awning
It's actually very simple and enables the Vango Kela V awnings to be put up in around 8 minutes! There are four different ways to attach a Vango Vehicle awning:

KADOR STRIP
Probably the most popular way of attaching the awning is the 6mm Kador strip. This is actually pre-attached to all Vango vehicle awnings. If you choose this easy method, you will need a rail/awning channel to be fitted to the side of your van. This Kador strip attachment creates the closet seal. This is most commonly used with a drive-away kit, to allow you to drive-away, leaving your awning free-standing.

POLE AND CLAMP KIT
If your vehicle has a deep gutter, a pole and clamp system can be purchased to attach your awning. You need to slide the pole into the sleeve at the top of the rear section of the awning. You then place the pole and fabric into the gutter of the vehicle and use the clamp to secure it at both ends and in the centre.

HOOK AND LOOP TABS
If you have roof bars on your vehicle, you may prefer to use the hook and loop tabs to attach your awning. These hook and loop tabs are pre-sewn in to the top of the driveaway awning tunnel.

WEBBING STRAPS
You don't need to panic if you do not have any attachment points on your vehicle as the Vango webbing straps will work perfectly for you. They come with the awning and can be clipped onto the buckles at the rear of the awning. You then need to pass the straps over your vehicle roof and pegged into the ground. You can give your awning a great shape and fully tension the roof by adjusting the straps.

Took me about 20 minutes to put up on my own-seems well made
