I have just purchased replacement rollers for my Reich Move Control Comfort and I need installation details. I have seen a previous installation procedure on your web dated 15 Jun 2011 but it does not seem to apply to my model due different bolts (2 U bolts on mine and also a balancing bar between the motors which is not mentioned. How do I change the microswitch in a Reich Deluxe Single Tap? I have just bought a complete new tap but it seems the microswitch is a weak point which will fail again in the future. Experimenting with the old tap I have managed to prise off the clear plastic tap head but have been unable to remove the microswitch without serious damage to the black plastic body of the tap.

Hi, I have what I believe to be a Reich Trend "A" mixer tap fitted to the bathroom in my 2006 Hymer C524. The microswitch has failed so I would like to repair. I cannot figure out how you remove the handle end to access the microswitch. The handle looks as though its moulded in ( Unlike my kitchen reich trend s tap where the handle unscrews in order to remove the cover ) Can you also advise the microswitch and the cartridge number for this tap ? I have an Abbey Vogue and need to replace the sink mixer tap. This is low profile and will rotate to fit underneath a hinged glass lid that covers the sink and draining board. The tap is a Reich but I cannot find the unit anywhere. Can you order one for me?

The kitchen tap on my Hymer 530 (built 2005) is a Reich Trend A. The tap has started to leak with a small drip from the spout. I suspect the cartridge. I need information on removing the cartridge, can you help with instructions for stripping the tap and your part number for the cartridge I require.

I have a Sterling Eccles Elite Overlander year 2000 - the knuckle on the tap has cracked and started to leak, I ordered part (order no - 84799-6496) - it does not fit. The original knuckle has a fix tube inside. Can you please help !!!!

I have a Elddis avante 556 (2006), First outing of the year and the Kitchen mixer tap spout appears to have split (not left open over winter!).

I have a Lunar Chateau 500 and the Reich single mixer with shower attachment is leaking from underneath, I believe the cartridge needs replacing but I cannot get it out, I have removed the top and loosened the three screws that appear to hold it in but I cannot remove the outer casing to expose the cartridge. could you advise please how I get the cartridge out, I don’t have a model number I’m afraid.

Due to my own error it sprang a leak (frost damage) which I have repaired but access to the underside of the unit is very difficult as it has a red and blue angled connector like your items 239238 & 239584 and these are tucked up behind the sink bowl so I have to dismantle the cabinet or remove the sink to get access! 2 Questions - a) can I replace the workings of the tap unit with something with longer connectors that are easier to access? or b) is it possible to replace existing connectors with longer connectors 240115 & 240116? and if so, will these still connect to plastic hoses with jubilee clips?? Or am I better replacing the whole tap??

I have a Sterling elite Trekker 2003. I am trying to replace a broken shower head. I can obtain a replacement, it looks like Reich Kama duett head but the one you sell has the theard on the outside of the body of the head. So the shwer hose will screww over the top if the thead on the head. I n my model the thread is internal inside the head so that the head screws over a thread on the shower hose. Looks like Reich have changed the thread in recent models. Any idea how I can overcome this?

Hi, my shower cartridge is leaking and i need to replace it, i dont know the tap make, its a single lever tap, the handle is silver plastic, with a chrome body,the cartridge is 35mm dia x 28mm
deep plus 24mm dia x 10mm deep.
with the tap lever of 10mm square.
it looks simular to your product 138198 with three holes but its blue.
the only numers on the part are the date 2004/12/03.
I can send pictures or if you would like i could send the cartridge.

Reich Mixer tap (silver plastic)
Have had to remove sink tap due to faults with leakage and micro switch. To enable removal of tap had to cut plastic hot and cold water feed pipes. Not sure which Do you have any idea which model of tap this might be? There are two 8 mm copper pipes leading from the tap housing.
Can your firm supply a replacement tap unit and items such as 8-10mm push fit reducers, 10 mm straight through couplings + appropriate red and blue plastic water pipe? I think this is 10 mm but it might be 12 mm if using outside diameter od pipe. Thanks for your help.

Hello Tom. I have snapped the knuckle on my Reich Twist kitchen mixer tap. I see I can buy a new one but I can't work out how to get the old one off. It doesn't seem to screw. It is the very compact tap where the spout swivels flat to close the glass lid. Can you help please?
