A fantastic company to shop with. I placed an order on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday with FREE delivery. A very pleasant surprise considering I live on a Scottish island and delivery costs are usually extortionate. Well done leisureshopdirect I will certainly use you again :)

Lock and Level delivered promptly at a very good price. Have yet to use it but looks very durable and should make levelling of the caravan so much easier than ramps.

Good well packaged product as a replacement for my Milenco Aero Towing Mirror . Delivery was poor but outside the control of the Vendor as they suffered the consequences of a 2 day strike by Royal Mail . Maybe they should review their delivery service providers .

Ordered a tent which turned out to be faulty - manufacturer fault. This was frustrating but not the fault of Leisureshopdirect. Fully resolved with a return and refund. A small communication issue initially with some emails not being received, and a little frustrating that there was no direct phone number to call as this would have resolved this issue quicker. However once this was sorted Leisureshopdirect arranged collection which was very straightforward and refunded within a few days.

Great experience with this company. I ordered a 12v tv for my motorhome and have to say I am very pleased with it. The bracket I also ordered was not suitable but it was not a problem to return it and the refund was very prompt. I would highly recommend this company and i would not hesitate to order from them again.
