Purchased a 2-man tent.

I Purchased a 2-man tent however, it was too small for two people and camping equipment so I requested to return the product. They were so efficient, that the money was refunded to my account on the day it was posted. 10 /10 for customer service!

After a ruined weekend I'd have appreciated a little empathy. Some practical advice about a problem with the product is the least we should expect.

I am disappointed that this company did not take my problem with a product more seriously. I purchased a £500+ Vango Aether Air tent. It arrived quickly, and its a great tent layout and easy to erect. However it is not shown in the photos or described on the selling page that - unlike many other brands - the head height vent running behind the bedrooms is held permanently open by the tensioned guy ropes. There is NO way to close it. Other tents have zips/velcro for occasions when the wind direction requires a temporary shut-down. Our tent's weekend debut was a complete sleepless disaster because of a variable breeze funnelling into the tent from the rear. This airflow had nowhere to go. It was actually windy inside this thoroughly modern tent. The constant ballooning of the tent bedroom fabric and outer fabric was relentless, with sound effects which kept us awake for most of the night. The design of the vent appears not to be suitable for certain common weather conditions.
My subsequent enquiry and responses were conducted only by email (no possibility to actually talk about it) together with a brief and completely unhelpful reply from Vango. At no point did Leisureshopdirect or Vango offer any advice about the best way to manage the tent, and neither did they express any concern for our rotten weekend.
I had asked for advice and received none from an international tent designer/manufacturer, via their retailer. I asked Leisureshopdirect if I could return it. I was told I could not because it is 'not a faulty item' and that 'Vango has said its fit for purpose'. That's not what Vango said at all. Neither did they address a customer concern.
An incredibly disappointing experience.

Was looking to order our Drive away air…

Was looking to order our Drive away air awning with Leisure shop direct as it was already £69 cheaper than anywhere else, then as a new customer they offered a further 5% off . So we ordered it Saturday expecting it Monday and unbelievably it was delivered Sunday .
This firm are excellent and use only the best courier DPD . Don’t waste time with anyone else use Leisure Shop Direct

Problem quickly solved.

Our order was delivered so quickly I was very impressed. Unfortunately when we opened the caravan Sun canopy some items were missing. But once we contacted Leisure Shop Direct and explained the problem the missing part were dispatched and we received them next day.
Therefore no problem just good service.
