Ordered my door seal on Wed, received it on Mon, absolutely delighted, fitted like a glove on my 1998 Fiat Ducato, thanks to all the team at Leisureshop from Paul in Dublin , Ireland

Easy to use/user friendly website

Easy to use/user friendly website, good info on product, easy to order, arrived early on the day within the stated day of delivery. Products excellent, used once so far and great value for money - Vango II Winslow 500 tent, great bit of kit as an option for a bit more space - 3 man section would actually easily fit 3 (unlike most standalone 3 man tents); 2 man section equally spacious; great sized living space with outer completely sewn in ground sheet, and inner the same. Fly mesh door behind outer waterproof door on outer tent meant no bugs or midgies got in, while airflow remained good, no condensation issues. Great tent to have as an option against smaller 3 man Banshee with no living space.

After a bit of a problem with a missing item. it was finally sorted out and order completed. Having used leisure shop direct in the past with no problem. This was a surprise but finally sorted and quickly after miscommunication was sorted out

Ordered fridge

Ordered fridge , delivered in 24 hours, unfortunately damaged in transit. Contacted Leisure Direct via email to inform them of the damage to the item. In less than an hour they had arranged pick up of the damaged goods and delivery of a replacement. Very efficient and excellent service and happy to say that the second one is perfect.

Doggy delivery packaging

Online service swift and apparently efficient. Concerns came when parcel delivered. Packed in a re used duvet box outer with dents in it even the delivery driver was concerned when we said there was a TV in it and queried why it was not marked as fragile to negate all the duvet info. Interior was poorly and loosely packed but fortunately the manufacturers box packaging was OK.

Great experience when I had a problem…

Great experience when I had a problem with a tent I bought, unlike Outwell who were an absolute disgrace and outright dishonest. Definitely recommend Leisureshopdirect!

Replacement fridge shelf food retainers

Needed two replacements for broken fridge shelf retainers. Cheapest on the Web even with the postage. Received very quickly with tracking provided. Now fitted in the motorhome fridge. Thanks! 👍
