VerifiedThe quality of the product is very good but it was disappointing that the mirrors were not attached to the arms and that there were no instructions on how to assemble them.
Leisure shop direct have since contacted me and Milenco (the manufacturer of the product) to try and get instructions, which Milenco say are on their website. My comments were aimed at Milenco and not the supplier so I am amending the review to 5* as leisure shop direct have been very helpful and provided an excellent service.
VerifiedVery pleased with our purchase, item was delivered promptly, communication was excellent about keeping us informed of the delivery. Used the tailgate awning on a VWT4, worked well, exactly what we wanted.

VerifiedThe corner steadier leg on my caravan broke with the nut disintegrating. Replacing the steadier leg would have been both difficult and expensive. I searched and searched for the nut and found that either they were not available or prohibitively expensive. Leisureshopdirect had them at an affordable price. They deliver abroad to Ireland which is a real plus. There are so many companies in the UK that will not deliver abroad following Brexit. Why did UK have to leave the European Union!!!!! The delivery took time though it was a reasonable delay. However the important thing is that they were received safe and sound. They were exactly what I wanted. In summary I am well pleased and a company I highly recommend.

VerifiedThe product I ordered was delivered the next day. I had the option of picking it up from a local shop so that I could pick it up on the way home from work. Much better than having to take time off and wait for a delivery. It was also cheaper than other places I had looked at. Brilliant service and price.
