VerifiedThe 2 lights and the toilet pump I received were good replacements and easy to fit but I can't help but compare these items to similar items purchased for the home. e.g. A washing machine pump which is more robust and a third of the price of the toilet pump?

But the seller organised a replacement and collection of the damaged item very quickly and efficiently. The replacement was packed very well. Good company to buy from. I would do so again.

Earlier this year I posted a 1 star review on this company totally frustrated at what happened to a small order of ours, disappearing delivery date, next day delivery charge non refundable. However very soon after posting the review & validation of my order I received an apology from them, a detailed explanation of what had happened & the issues with the supplier together with a refund of the delivery charges. Since then Craig, who I was dealing with has kept me informed of progress with the supply ending with today’s delivery of the said item. In today’s world we all have to expect some hiccups, it is the way they are dealt with that matters & the response of this firm was excellent. Customer was definitely well served!! I’ve no doubt I will use them again!

Purchased a Dometic fridge from the CX range. Item arrived very quickly by freight courier was well packaged and was put to use on the first trip out with the caravan. After sales follow up by Emma to check that everything was to our liking and expectations. Would highly recommend this seller.
