VerifiedWe were on holiday in the Lake District when a storm damaged some plastic pole ends. Couldn’t find anywhere locally to buy replacements so ordered from this company who got them to us right away. Very impressed. We have used this shop several times as it isn’t far from our home & we have always had good service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again & prices were also very fair.

VerifiedOrdered bike rack and it arrived the next day - all good and not too difficult to assemble. My only comment is that this particular type of rack requires an adhesive, which I had to obtain elsewhere. I imagine most people ordering this rack would also want the adhesive so it would have been good to have it offered by the Leisureshopdirect (or, even better included! ;) )

VerifiedGood price for item and fast delivery, but charge for a 1kg package when it actually only weighed 200gms. Did question before purchase, but did not answer the specific question and needed the part.
Leisure-shop have since responded with a full explanation on shipping cost, so see the issues from a different perspective. Overall, good service

VerifiedThe overall service was let down by the extremely slow delivery. Overall it took 5 days for the goods to arrive. This apart, the experience of ordering and paying was very good. Communication emails were prompt and the price (before delivery given the feedback above) was competitive. I’ve used LeisureShop before with good results, just that Royal Mail 24 turned out to be 5 days.
