VerifiedOrdered a Provence Gas fire, but arrived damaged. Leisureshopdirect arranged delivery of a replacement and pick up of the original gas heater, unfortunately replacement heater also damaged. Leisureshopdirect then arranged a pick up for the second damaged heater and also swiftly refunded my payment.
The customer service I received from Leisureshopdirect was second to none. They couldn't do more for me and were extremely apologetic for the damaged heaters even though, in my opinion, the damage was caused both times by the courier company.
Although, in the end I didn't get my gas heater from Leisureshopdirect I can't help but praise them for their very professional handling of my order.
