VerifiedMy maxim of assessing a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. My experience has been exemplary. I ordered a part for my Thetford fridge. Through my own fault I ordered the wrong part!! I requested a return and I got a return authorisation immediately. I posted the item back and was warned that the refund might take up to 3 weeks. Did I wait 3 weeks??? Nope just 3 days. Fantastic. So any doubters you can order from Leisureshopdirect they're great.

I rarely update reviews but having just had a hugely positive customer experience, I feel duty bound to pass on my experience with the endeavour to support a small business, encourage new customers to shop with them & how they immediately act to support the customer.
I purchased a brand new Avtex D219FVP TV/DVD via Amazon from leisureshopdirect 2 days ago, the TV arrived free post the next day! My initial excitement was quashed upon opening the package to find that it was clearly a returned item, easily spotted by the batteries being left in the remote, the packaging for it torn open, the cable bag seal open etc. Expecting an uphill struggle to get this resolved, I immediately emailed leisureshopdirect customer service. Not really expecting an instant response & to my utter disbelief within 30 mins a reply was waiting for me in my email in box! It was from Karen at customer service, profusely apologising for what had happened & that this is not normal practise for their business & shouldn’t have happened. I was immediately offered a replacement or refund & also that the TV would be collected the very next day!
Honestly, as I said I rarely post reviews but this sort of customer service shouldn’t go unrecognised. If this all sounds just to good to be true, I can assure you it is not. I am a genuine customer who just appreciates the effort put in by this company to ensure a positive customer experience. I have made purchases from leisureshopdirect in the past but have never needed to contact their customer service department. You can guarantee I will be a future customer making leisureshopdirect my first port of call for all things Caravan or Motorhome, safe in the knowledge that I will find great prices, great choice, super fast deliveries & most important of all, safe in the knowledge any issue will be dealt with immediately!
