VerifiedEverything went smoothly. Item arrived in great shape.
Only problem was, l payed for 24 hours postage but didn't arrive in the time specified. Even though tracking said it was on van and would arrive that day and time of arrival.
So not Leisure shop direct fault.
I have never had a problem shopping with them.
This would be Royal mail at fault.

A pump I ordered in May developed a leak which is just one of those things. With just one email a pick-up was arranged for the faulty one, and a new one arrived. And all of that was the day after the email. Great customer care and service. Would definitely use again based on that.

VerifiedI had a problem with an incorrectly manufactured/incorrect part in a pedal lock. Leisureshop were able to sort the problem out quickly, getting the manufacturer to send me a correct replacement part the next day.
